How to order
To place an order browse through our product range and click the add to basket button. You may also have to select product options such as size, colour, right or left handed etc. You can view your basket and amend its contents at any time during the order process. If you prefer to talk to us and place your order by phone please call 0115 926 2610. If we are out of stock of the item you require we will contact you quickly to advise you of delivery time.
Overseas Orders
We can supply goods overseas but please take note of the following.
Carriage charges can be expensive for bulky cricket items. We will only use an insured carrier service (e.g. DHL) and a signature will be required on delivery. Example costs of delivery for a senior cricket bat – South Africa/Australia £45, India £60, USA £34. We will contact you with an exact cost before processing your order.
Goods will only be delivered to a confirmed credit card holder’s address. If delivery to another address is required or if we can not obtain a confirmed cardholder address then we will only accept payment by International Money Transfer and will dispatch the goods as soon as our bank confirms receipt of the transfer.
If goods are being exported out of the EU no VAT is payable. To calculate the amount of VAT on an item divide the cost by 47 and multiply by 7 (e.g. cost on our website £100.00 /47 = 2.1276 x 7 = £14.89 total VAT). There is no VAT on children’s clothing or shoes. You may have to pay import tax/duty in your home country.
To place an order please use the website. We will recalculate the carriage and VAT and email you the exact cost. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the cost we will then process your card.
Prices
All prices include VAT at 15% where appropriate.
Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. Your card details are securely encrypted using a SSL system (Secure Sockets Layer - look for the https:// in your address bar and for the padlock symbol). No cards are processed until your goods are ready for despatch (excludes club equipment e.g. bowling machines, net cages, embroidered clothing and any item which is listed on the website as to order (most long handle cricket bats) - payment for these items is taken on order. You will be given an estimated delivery date for these items.
Delivery
Our standard UK mainland (excluding parts of the Scotish Highlands) delivery cost is £5.00 for all orders (excludes large club items e.g. bowling machines etc. where details of carriage charges are inluded in the item desciption). For all other UK destinations carriage will be charged at cost. We will advise you on the cost before the order is processed
All overseas destinations carriage will be charged at cost. We will advise you on the cost before the order is processed
Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any item provided it is returned in the original packaging and condition. This excludes any item which has been customised or a cricket bat which has been knocked-in.
Return of large items i.e. bowling machines, cricket net cages etc. will only be authorised if they are faulty. Usually component parts/spares will be supplied. Please contact us for advice.
You will be responsible for return postage (we recommend that you use a recorded service to ensure safe delivery to us).
If the item is faulty at time of delivery or has been sent in error by us we will refund all postage charges.
