Refunds & returns


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but we know that sometime issues may arise. We will do everything we can to ensure that this is resolved quickly and efficiently.

What is your Returns Policy?

We accept unworn products purchased exclusively from Cricket Sales within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note that all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

This excludes any item which has been customised or a cricket bat which has been knocked-in.

If an item is faulty at the time of delivery or has been sent in error by us we will refund all postage charges.

How do I return an item?

Processing a return is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Complete the returns slip that came with your package and return alongwith your original receipt of purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as your item(s) are in like new condition, we will happily exchange for a different size or colour.

You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the return shipping fee.
